Life Goes On!

December 30, 2008 in Blogging, General by Olgi Zenullari

I haven’t written any post for more than one week and I do apologize. I have had some offline issues which I’m still trying to figure out. This post is more focused on a lesson of life rather than making some cash or increasing your pagerank.

There is a saying in Albanian language

“And if you fall 99 times, you will still stand once”

Alright many of you might be asking what’s this is all about? I have been reading different inspirational blogs which have been able to provide good information and always shared secrets with their readers. One of those guys is Paul Bourque. He has been a great affiliate marketer making hundreds of thousands each month. He was a true inspiration for many new entrepreneurs or affiliate marketers who wanted to start making money online. Many entrepreneurs wanted to be like him but what has happened lastly has really made me think twice, that’s why I wrote this post.

Paul is that kind of guy who knows what he talks about, never says it’s white when it’s actually blue and always willing to give support. He also used to make a lot of money online (more than many might make in a year). He also had a nice girlfriend which he really loved. So far it seems like a fairy tale, something like utopia. The problems started when he broke off with his girlfriend. Breaking off from someone who means the world to you, is never easy. I imagine breaking off from my girlfriend … I couldn’t swallow it but hey, it’s not the end of the world. You are neither the first nor the last. His earnings have decreased drastically (last month he made approx $180 profit) so where is the super duper affiliate we were used to see all the time? Where are all those huge earnings, those inspiring posts?

Many want to be on your footsteps Paul but this isn’t the proper way. You shouldn’t be pessimistic. This mood won’t help you get better. It’s time to move, bigger projects, new life. Show to your ex-girlfriend that she was wrong, that she had a great boyfriend once but she lost it and she will never ever have a better one. This can only be achieved by working hard and getting again those huge commissions.

Of course I don’t know the causes of the break off but I see Paul’s behavior and I can say that he is suffering a lot. Take this post as an indicator which guides you to move on and never turn back the time. Don’t let your past influence your future.

To all the ones which might have been in a similar situation. You should know what to do and how to react, it’s not easy but again I repeat it, that’s life. We are just temporal passengers in this world . . .

An Affiliate Marketers Christmas Tree!

December 1, 2008 in General by Olgi Zenullari

Hello Fellow Members,

Today I had to prepare myself for the celebrations of the last week which are the amongst the biggest celebrations all over the world. I really like the everything about Christmas and New Year, how they are organized, colors, fireworks, presents more money for affiliates and much more. Everything seems perfect and everyone forgets his/her daily life problems for just a couple of hours, then you get back to your boring and desperate moments

I’m posting this article because I would like to show you that my Christmas Tree is ready. How about you? Do you celebrate Christmas? Have you done any preparations for it or you are waiting a bit longer?

Personally, as always, I had the duty to prepare that tree with those different jingles and other stuff but again, as always I outsourced that to my grandmother (for a Victoria Secret gift card :) ).

I hope all of you will have some great moments this Christmas and I believe and hope at the same time that 2009 will bring a lot of joy to your lives!

Here are two pictures of my Christmas Tree

Working From a Comfortable Home Office!

October 25, 2008 in General by Olgi Zenullari

We all know that working on comfortable place is much more productive than working on a messy place. I have been working since May on my latest office and I really admire it as its pretty comfortable and always clean (thanks to my cleaner for that :-) )

I’m sharing some images I have taken today

OlgiZenullari.com Just Got A Custom Unique Design!

October 22, 2008 in General by Olgi Zenullari

Alright fellow readers, I had promised to some of you that I would get a new theme soon and here it is. I would firstly thank my personal designer (Atif) for the great work he has done and of course the coder, Doron of Coding Squad.

There might be some few changes but I believe this theme will be the official theme of OlgiZenullari.com for at least a couple of years.

Even though I haven’t been posting any articles on the last days I believe I have some strong personal excuses however what it really counts is the time and effort I will put into this blog. My main goal is to make this blog a useful informative source for many young entrepreneurs who really love making money online from the comfort of their homes.

I would also love some comments about this new design as well.

Thanks for your time

I just bought a new Citroen C4 !

October 14, 2008 in General by Olgi Zenullari

As my university started , I had to get a car and living 15 km away from the capital I wanted a car which wouldn’t consume a lot of fuel and would be nice. To tell the truth I’m a BMW fan but this time I moved from Germany to France to get my little baby, my Citroen C4 Black Version

There were 2 versions of C4 and I got the one with full options (which includes tip-tronic transmission and many other options)

I have done so far 1200 km in less than 14 days and everything is going pretty well !!! Oh and for the ones who might be wondering whats the top speed I’ve had so far , I have done a video and I will be showing you pretty soon
Thanks

Setting Up Goals For OlgiZenullari.com

October 12, 2008 in General by Olgi Zenullari

Hello Fellow Readers!

Planning and setting goals is really an important factor to succeed online. I’m here publically announcing my goals for this blog and a deadline of 31st December 2008

Statistical Goals

  • Having at least 100 email subscribers
  • Having at least 200 unique visitors per day
  • Getting a PR of 2 or more
  • Having an Alexa Rank of 500,000 or below

Content Goals

  • Posting at least 1 unique article per day
  • Guest posting in one of the top blogs of the blogosphere
  • Getting some qualitative backlinks from the blogs of the same niche as mine

Revenue Goals

Speaking of revenue, I am thinking not to add any banner’s or advertisements as long as my new theme is ready. I might review some products and get some affiliate sales but you won’t see any graphical banners or other type of advertisements for at least another week or two.

It is really important to me having an established blog on the niche I love most and I do not want to spam this blog with affiliate links just for the sake of cash.

More informative blog posts to come!

Stay updated
