Banned from Adsense? Just Sue Google!
Many innocent Adsense publishers have been banned for no reason at all. I have been banned for no reason at all from Google Adsense. Even though I wanted to hear their story, no reply to my emails, only automated emails which never ever delivered any important information.
While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage our advertisers in the future, we’ve decided to disable your AdSense account.
The same thing happened to Aaron Greenspan, owner of Think Computer Corporation. He received the same email as above and he lost approximately $721
He then emailed Google Adsense to ask for a reason but no reply from them, except an automated email as always.
So basically Google didn’t give a proper reason why Aaron was banned (and i think most of the banned publishers dont get a reason as well)
The judge, after hearing both both of the parties (The Google Representative and Aaron Greenspan) said
I don’t think I have the power here in Palo Alto small claims court to make you reinstate his account, but I think you owe this young man $721,” he said finally. “I think there might be money in Google’s treasury for that
Google Adsense wrote a check for Aaron for a total of $741 where $40 were gone for the court expenses.

Hello Olgi.
I think that everyone who gets banned for no reason, should take Google to court, because it is not fair, to just bad your account like that, especially when you have that much money, like Aaron did.

Oh wow, Google sure got what they were asking for. They really should loosen up some of their restriction and rules, because I’ve heard so many stories of people getting banned; it’s just getting ridiculous now. Though, I doubt everyone would want to settle it in court, props to Aaron for doing it.

Too funny! I don’t think I’d have the gall to try to sue google! They have way more financial and legal resources than I’ll ever have in my lifetime!

Making money with Adsense it’s becoming harder and harder. Couple of years ago, Adsense program was really hot
Nowdays, affiliate earnings are much more rewarding. More and more publishers go into CPA networks everyday. Adsense is paying penny per clicks .. Too bad .. I actually enjoyed it while it lasted.

acturally, this case give me some ideas, what about everyone has banned by google adsense sue them in the small claims court? no matter we win or not, how many money google will pay for the lawsuit. maybe then, google will think twice when they try to disable the account for “any” reason!

aacrepairbible@gmail.com- There is alot of false and frustratingly ineffective techniques (including reapplying to G-oogle) for reinstatement on Adsense, Adwords and websites that get banned. Please email me for the only real way to get back on Google that won’t frustrate you and cost your business money.
