Develop As Many Sites As You Can!

Posted: December 31, 2008

The current financial crisis all over the world is influencing a lot almost every single business. Many webmasters are suffering a lot. People are not spending money as before, there are fewer investments. I was checking SitePoint’s Marketplace and many sites are being sold under their normal price because of the economical problems.
You can find really good sites with a lot of potential cheaper than 1 year ago. People are tired of this crisis and want to get rid even from their most successful sites. What everyone is looking at the moment is CASH. I would not recommend anyone to flip sites at this period of time. You might sell the site but not at your desired price you might have expected.

Personally I believe that now is the perfect time to develop sites. If you don’t have skills to do them by yourself, hire some guys to design and code (or program) a site for you. Of course that they will charge less than in normal financial conditions.

Try to increase your website portfolio at this period of time because the value of your sites will increase during the next 3-4 months. Its good investing money on freelancers and other stuff to get the proper sites so when the prices get back to normal, you will have a lot of sites to sell.

Try to built sites on specific niches like finance, loans, investments, attorneys or even health-relates sites.

I will be posting soon a case study report I have done so make sure you are subscribed to get the latest articles
Thanks for your time

Life Goes On!

Posted: December 30, 2008

I haven’t written any post for more than one week and I do apologize. I have had some offline issues which I’m still trying to figure out. This post is more focused on a lesson of life rather than making some cash or increasing your pagerank.

There is a saying in Albanian language

“And if you fall 99 times, you will still stand once”

Alright many of you might be asking what’s this is all about? I have been reading different inspirational blogs which have been able to provide good information and always shared secrets with their readers. One of those guys is Paul Bourque. He has been a great affiliate marketer making hundreds of thousands each month. He was a true inspiration for many new entrepreneurs or affiliate marketers who wanted to start making money online. Many entrepreneurs wanted to be like him but what has happened lastly has really made me think twice, that’s why I wrote this post.

Paul is that kind of guy who knows what he talks about, never says it’s white when it’s actually blue and always willing to give support. He also used to make a lot of money online (more than many might make in a year). He also had a nice girlfriend which he really loved. So far it seems like a fairy tale, something like utopia. The problems started when he broke off with his girlfriend. Breaking off from someone who means the world to you, is never easy. I imagine breaking off from my girlfriend … I couldn’t swallow it but hey, it’s not the end of the world. You are neither the first nor the last. His earnings have decreased drastically (last month he made approx $180 profit) so where is the super duper affiliate we were used to see all the time? Where are all those huge earnings, those inspiring posts?

Many want to be on your footsteps Paul but this isn’t the proper way. You shouldn’t be pessimistic. This mood won’t help you get better. It’s time to move, bigger projects, new life. Show to your ex-girlfriend that she was wrong, that she had a great boyfriend once but she lost it and she will never ever have a better one. This can only be achieved by working hard and getting again those huge commissions.

Of course I don’t know the causes of the break off but I see Paul’s behavior and I can say that he is suffering a lot. Take this post as an indicator which guides you to move on and never turn back the time. Don’t let your past influence your future.

To all the ones which might have been in a similar situation. You should know what to do and how to react, it’s not easy but again I repeat it, that’s life. We are just temporal passengers in this world . . .
Thanks for your attention

Just Received My Advaliant Check!

Posted: December 23, 2008

Hello Fellow Readers of OZ!

Seems Santa Claus came earlier this year for me. I got a phone call from my neighbor and he told me there was a new mail for me. I knew it was a check but I didnt know from which affiliate company as I’m expecting 2-3 checks. After  I got it I was surprized when I saw “Advaliant” on the envelope. I quickly opened it and saw my November commissions which are $262.75 (only from Advaliant)

I would like to thank Advaliant as they are great affiliate company which offer unique offers and pay top dollars to their publishers. Below I’m posting 2 photos taken from my digital camera right now
